Costa Mesa, California
Mid-century, reimagined
A familiar home.
An entirely new perspective.
A single-story residence in Mesa Woods, reimagined around light, material, and the rhythm of daily life. Geometric lines and a restrained palette bring a modern sensibility to a Southern California home.
Board-and-batten siding, Horizon stone veneer, and a rift white oak Dutch door establish the exterior language. Inside, vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace create a generous living space, while Taj Mahal quartzite and Café appliances define the kitchen. Drought-tolerant planting and a mature olive tree bring the same considered approach outdoors.
Made for the everyday.
The strength of this residence lies in the relationship between spaces: a welcoming entrance, an open place to gather, and a private primary suite. Each material supports a home that feels composed, comfortable, and distinctly personal.
